Audio Visual Maintenance Technician (1 opening)

Job Role

  • Perform Preventative Maintenance, Setup and Operation of audio and video systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and system faults.
  • Able to read and understand these documents:
    • Single line diagram for audio, video and control systems
    • Schematic drawings
    • Rack elevation diagrams
  • Responsible for testing and labelling of various types of cables / products before, during and after installation and rack assembly and equipment installation.

Qualifications

  • Related technical qualifications.
  • Electrical or Electronics qualifications.

Experience

  • 2-3 years in maintenance of audio / visual system integration setup.

Skills

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Possess class 3 driving licence
  • Proven ability in troubleshooting / Problem solving skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ability to understand line drawings and schematics
  • Possess a firm knowledge of installation tools and have the ability to use them
